a touch
Give me strength and wisdom,
When others need my touch,
A soothing word to speak to them,
Their heart yearn for so much,
Give my joy and laughter,
To lift a waery soul,
Pour me in compassion,
To make the broken wole,
Give me gentle, healing words,
For those left in my care,
A blesing to those wo need me,
This is a nurses prayer.
